The latest victim of this unfortunate incident is Housefull 4 actor Pooja Hegde, whose Instagram account was hacked recently. She has been trending on Twitter ever since with the hashtag of #WeSupportPoojaHegde.
However, the Mohen Jodaro actress shared the news of her account hack via a Twitter post, asking her fans to refrain from sharing any personal information following the hacking incident.
According to reports, from Pooja’s account, even a few false stories were posted, including a meme about the South actress Samantha Akkineni with a caption, “I don’t find her pretty at all.”
The whole incident made the hashtag #PoojaMustApologizeSamantha trending on the micro-blogging site, triggering Akkineni’s fans.
The 29-year-old female actor immediately reached out to her technical team to get her account restored.
Now, her account has been restored. And she and her fans must be feeling a sigh of relief.
She took to Twitter and wrote, “Spent the last hour stressing about the safety of my Instagram account. Thanking my technical team for instant help at this hour. Finally, got my hands back on my Instagram. Any message, follow back or post in d past hour from my account has been done will be undone. Ty.”
Thankfully Pooja’s Instagram account is back and she cleared it on Twitter. On the work front, Pooja was last seen in Vaikuntapurramloo. Pooja works mainly in the Telugu film industry. The actress is quite active on social media these days.
