Diwali has emerged with all spark and glamour, however it would not be the same for Bollywood star Salman Khan, this time. The actor who is currently seen hosting the reality TV series Bigg Boss 16 has been down with the dengue. His manager told the Hindustan Times that “Salman contacted dengue and is recovering well now.”
Replacing Salma, filmmaker Karan Johar will now be seen hosting the show for the time being. Salman also missed the Weekend Ka War, and now will be joining back once recovered completely. His PR manager mentioned that, “He will be fine to start shooting after Diwali.”
The latest teaser of the show silhouette Karan Johar as the host of the show. Meanwhile, Salman is bracing up for his next big-budget Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan which is slated to be released on Eid. He took to his social media to unfurl the first look of the film, he wrote, “Woh tha kisi ka bhai, yeh hai kisi ki jaan … #KisiKaBhaiKisiKiJaan.” He will be seen alongside Pooja Hegde.
Next in line is Maneesh Sharma’ directorial, Tiger 3, opposite Katrina Kaif. Tweeting about the poster look, Salman wrote, “Tiger has a new date… Diwali 2023 it is! Celebrate #Tiger3 with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you.” The film will be available in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
