Recently on January 24, National Girl Child was celebrated all over the country. Our celebrities were no less behind in celebrating the event meant on the importance of a girl child. But one of the celebrity posts received the social media backlash. The post is related to none other than Sanju Baba, Sanjay Dutt.
Sanjay Dutt took to Instagram to share a photo of him with his daughter Iqra, who is 8 years old. Here’s the post:
Sanjay Dutt’s wife Maanayata too commented on the post. She wrote, “The love of your life… your most favourite person of the family #appleofyoureye.” However, social media users trolled Sanjay Dutt for not wishing his elder daughter Trishala Dutt on the day. Trishala is Sanjay’s 30 years old daughter from his first and late wife Richa Sharma.

It is not for the first time when Sanjay Dutt gets criticized for not mentioning his daughter Trishala. Last year, he was also criticised when his biopic Sanju—the highest grossing film of 2018—didn’t mention Richa or Trishala anywhere.
On the work front, the year 2019 will be the year of Sanjay Dutt, his more than 8 films will go on the floor to release including Total Dhamaal, Shamshera, Panipat, Kalank, Sadak 2, Torbaaz etc.
