Tom Cruise captured eyeballs during promotions of his movie rivals which is in clash with his own movie’s release date. Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer and Greta Gerwig’s Barbie will hit the theaters simultaneously. However he added that he loves the concept of a double feature and is awaiting to watch the movies in theaters post screening.
Just nine days before Tom’s film release Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One on July 12, Oppenheimer, featuring Cillin Murphy and Barbie, featuring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling on the same day.

“I want to see both Barbie and Oppenheimer. I’ll see them opening weekend. Friday I’ll see Oppenheimer first and then Barbie on Saturday,” Tom mentioned while speaking to The Sydney Morning Herald.

Tom earlier mentioned in his post about the “double feature” of Oppenheimer and Barbie on July 21. He stated by sharing a picture with Mission: Impossible director Christopher McQuarrie and penned down in the caption. “I love a double feature, and it doesn’t get more explosive (or more pink) than one with Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer and Greta Gerwig’s Barbie.”
Tom also endorsed Indiana Jones and Dial of Destiny. He wrote in a social media post, “Congratulations, Harrison Ford, on 40 years of Indiana Jones and creating one of the most iconic characters in cinema history. You have given us countless hours of joy”.
“Harrison Ford is a legend; I hope to be still going; I’ve got 20 years to catch up with him. I hope to keep making Mission: Impossible films until I’m his age,” Tom mentioned in conversation with The Sydney Morning Herald.
