    Women Should Consume Pumpkin Seeds In This Way To Keep Hormones Balanced

    Many diseases are caught by women by not having the hormones balanced. So it is very important that women take special care of themselves and do not allow hormones to become imbalanced. Due to imbalance of hormones, there are many changes in the body and many women gain weight. While many women have polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).

    These disturbances occur when hormones are imbalanced –

    • Hair loss starts when hormones are imbalanced.
    • Weight gain immediately.
    • Menstruation does not come on time.
    • PCOS becomes a problem.

    Medicines are given by doctors when hormones are imbalanced. So you must try to keep your hormones balanced and you can avoid eating medicine. On the other hand, if hormones are unbalanced, try home remedies and eat pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.

    The fluctuations in hormones can be controlled by eating pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Therefore, both these seeds are considered very healthy. Actually eating pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds ends the problem of PCOS and menstruation starts coming at the right time.

    How to eat pumpkin seeds

    Pumpkin seeds can be consumed in many ways. You can roast or grind them. Apart from this, if you want, you can eat its seeds in salad. Many people also eat pumpkin seeds in vegetables, lentils or soups.

    When to eat

    Start consuming them 14 days before menstruation. Eat 1 tbsp of roasted or powdered pumpkin seeds powder once a day. By doing this, there will not be much fluctuation in hormones and menstrual periods will come properly.

    Intake of sunflower seeds

    Sunflower is a flower and eating its seeds does not cause too much fluctuation in hormones. Therefore, you must also consume sunflower seeds. Apart from sunflower seeds, you can also take its oil if you wish. You will see the difference by eating 1 tablespoon of sunflower or sesame of its seeds daily before the start of the monthly cycle. You can also eat sunflower seeds by mixing it with laddus or other things. However if you do not like Laddus. So you can eat sunflower seeds sprinkled on lentils or vegetables.

    Consult your doctor once before eating these seeds and take it only after that. Because many women do not digest these seeds, and eating them makes them sick. Therefore, it would be better that you consult your doctor once before eating them.
