Late actress Reema Lagoo is one of the popular actresses of the Bollywood known for portraying the role of a mother. She was the favorite “Ma” of the Bollywood. Reema worked in more than 150 Bollywood films including Maine Pyar Kiya, Hum Sath Sath Hain, Hum Aapke Hain Kaun, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Rangeela, Kal Ho Na Ho etc.
She was doing a TV serial Naamkarann in 2017 when she got a cardiac arrest and died. Her funeral was performed by her daughter in Oshiwara crematorium, in Mumbai as she was divorced from her husband Vivek Lagoo.

Marunmayee also received a Zee Gaurav Puruskar for her Marathi film Bayo. Hello Zindagi was her debut Bollywood film. She is married to Vinay Vaaykool. Vinay is an assistant director. The couple married in 2014.
