Erling Haaland reveals the reason for choosing Manchester City
The Premier League champions have been successfully able to win the transfer competition for the young hero Erling Haaland.
Erling on his behalf confessed the reasons behind choosing Manchester City as a preference to get transferred and feels obliged to be a part of Pep’s guidance.
Erling Haaland’s £51 million deal of transferring from Dortmund to Manchester City was made official on Monday morning as City uploaded the confirmation of Haaland’s five-year contract.
Manchester City had only one reason to lose Haaland and it was Real Madrid who pushed themselves back from buying Haaland which made City’s quest wander possibly.
Haaland’s father was in a deal with Manchester City during his playing days which ultimately made Erling a city fan for some point in time.
When asked about the reason for joining Manchester City, Haaland without any hesitation initiated by saying that “First of all, my father, a little bit.”
“I was born in England. I have been a City fan my whole life. I know a lot about the club.
“In the end, [deciding to sign was down to] two things. I feel at home here and I feel I can develop and get the best out of my game at City.
“I like the style (of play). I like attacking football. I like the positive vibe we have when City play football
“This is what I like a lot, so I think it’s a good fit,” said Haaland to the officials of Manchester City media partners.
