A row of flashing lights in the night sky in Himachal Pradesh and Punjab left residents confused on Friday evening.

This incident appeared in the sky near 8 o’clock in the evening.

“We saw a fast moving object with bright light like a train. It looked like a train at some distance. The light was very bright and white. It was the first time we had seen anything like this. We watched it for five full minutes, after which it disappeared,” said a resident.

The unidentified object also created a ruckus on Twitter.

Earlier this year, mysterious rows of bright lights flashing across the sky were seen in Junagadh and the surrounding region of Gujarat.

At the time, experts suggested that the lightsaber appeared to be satellites passing through low Earth orbit.
