Shahrukh Khan Expected To Play The Role Of Hockey Player Major Dhyanchand In His Next Biopic Film

There are reports that Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in a biopic film soon. The film will be on legendary hockey player Major Dhyan Chand.

The trend of biopic films is quite in these days in Bollywood. Ranveer Singh is seen in Kapil Dev’s look, Taapsee Pannu in Mithali Raj’s look. Ajay Devgan will play the role of football coach Syed Abdul Rahim on the screen in ‘Maidan’. Now it’s Shahrukh Khan’s turn. Shahrukh Khan has currently kept a distance from Bollywood as an actor. But now there is news that he can be seen in a big character in Major Dhyanchand’s biopic.

Although this is not the first time King Khan will be seen in a biopic film. Khan has played the role of a hockey player and coach. In the film ‘Chak De India’, based on the women’s hockey team, as a Kabir Khan.

According to a report in Spotboye, director Abhishek Chaubey is writing the script for the biopic film of Major Dhyanchand. There are three big actors in the race for the lead hero of this film. Shahrukh Khan is competing with Varun Dhawan and Ranbir Kapoor in it. In a report published in Mumbai Mirror, sources have claimed that Abhishek and his team of writers are working together on the script. Much has been written about Major Dhyanchand, on which his team is working tremendously.
